Welcome back, Funnel Hackers! In this edition of User Spotlight at ClickFunnels, we’re thrilled to introduce our guest, Joel Vazquez, the mind behind Affilatefranchise.com.
Joel’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary, serving as a shining example of how unwavering determination can transform challenging circumstances into triumphant success stories.
His story takes a unique turn, as he completed a 9-year prison sentence in 2019 with an unwavering commitment to liberate people from the confines of the traditional 9-5 jail. Growing up, Joel’s life was far from ideal, characterized by a young adulthood filled with criminal involvement, substance abuse, and excessive alcohol consumption. Back then, the notion of starting a business was nowhere on his radar.
But how did this transformation unfold?
Fate intervened during his time behind bars when a fellow inmate handed him a copy of the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad.” This unexpected encounter would set Joel on an inspiring path of self-discovery and entrepreneurship.
“I did read the book, and it changed my life, my perspective, and my way of thinking. It gave me self-confidence and made me feel I could be more like ‘Rich Dad’ if I start thinking about SUCCESS. That started me on the path of becoming an entrepreneur”.
He began looking into affiliate marketing and got hooked on it, which eventually led him to meet Russell and discover ClickFunnels.
“I started off by selling other people’s courses and products, and I made a six-figure income doing that. Naturally, people began to ask how I did it, and I didn’t realize that it could actually become a business. I was offering people advice and making friends along the way, and as they started seeing success, it turned into a business.”
