Have a business idea that you’re dying to get out into the world…

… but don’t know where to start?

First Funnel Challenge

Russell Brunson’s Your First Funnel Challenge is a 5-day online boot camp where you’ll launch your first (or next) business idea side-by-side with real-world entrepreneurs… without taking on a mountain of debt or getting stuck in “analysis paralysis”.

First Funnel Challenge

Here’s everything you need to know.

The Gameplan

Here’s the 5-day game plan…

Day 1 – Funnel Hacking

Each day is jam-packed with lessons to learn and actions to take.

Day 1 is no exception.

We’re going to unveil the most successful types of sales funnels in the online world today (this is changing all the time… so you’ll learn something new even if you’re uber familiar with sales funnels).

We’ll then help you determine which of these killer funnels is best for your specific business idea (whether it’s in finance, eComm, coaching, info products, biz opp, or some other niche) — and you’ll “ethically steal” the perfect funnel for your own purposes.

Additionally, you’re going to work with two superheroes in the funnel building world on Day 1.

Jamie Cross went from selling her soap at local farmer’s markets to building an online eCommerce empire, entirely bootstrapped — she even joined our Two Comma Club.

Stacey & Paul Martino are saving marriages with coaching funnels. And you’re going to learn exactly how they maintain a steady stream of high-paying clients (this is critical info for coaches).

Join The ‘Your First Funnel’ Challenge!

Day 2 – Your First Funnel

On Day 2, we’re going to show you the first funnel that every business (no matter your industry) should start with. And then we’re going to plug stuff into your funnels so it’s ready to go live ASAP.

We’re making it super simple… so you can take action and get real results.

We’ll also talk about how you can craft irresistible headlines and the five core follow-up emails that every funnel requires on the back end (you can write all of them in a single sitting).

Plus, you’re going to work with a few more amazing people on Day 2.

Garret J. White is a legend in the ClickFunnels community. He’s our most requested speaker by far because he spits fire whenever he takes the stage. On Day 2, Garret will teach you how he uses funnels to transform men’s lives all around the world.

Annie Grace has built an online empire helping people overcome their dependence on alcohol. On Day 2, she’s going to show the “hourglass funnel” she uses to attract her dream customers… so she doesn’t have to chase them.

Day 3 – Hook, Story, Offer

Day 3 is a doozy.

We’re going to show you the secret behind how ClickFunnels went from a simple idea inside of Russell’s head… to the multi-million $$$ empire it is today.

It’s all about storytelling.

We’ll teach you how to find your unique hook, tell a compelling story that resonates with your core audience, and position your offer so that you can make as many sales as possible.

You’ll get to work with…

Stephen J. Larsen started as a freelance funnel builder learning the ropes. Now he’s got a massive funnel-building empire. He’s going to teach you how to transform your funnel-building skills(that you learned the previous days) into a massive profit-generating opportunity.

Kristine Mirelle (a.k.a. the “music hustler”) is a professional musician, 2-Comma Club Winner, and founder of Laugh My Ads Off. She teaches businesses how to create hilarious ads that grab attention and get conversions. And that’s what she’s going to show YOU how to do.

Day 4 – Irresistible Ads

What’s a killer funnel without high-quality traffic?

On Day 4, we’re giving your our most closely held secrets about how to drive hordes of dream customers to your funnel.

You’ll unearth a “honey hole” of golden customers who are LOOKING for your offer, learn how to bring in customers like clockwork, and create high-converting, low-cost ads.

Plus, you’re going to work alongside…

Stephen J. Larsen started as a freelance funnel builder learning the ropes. Now he’s got a massive funnel-building empire. He’s going to teach you how to transform your funnel-building skills(that you learned the previous days) into a massive profit-generating opportunity.

Eileen Wilder had no idea what a funnel was just two years ago… and now she’s a multiple 2-Comma Club Winner! She’s going to teach you how ANYONE can add a virtual high ticket offer to their funnel for a MASSIVE boost in sales!

Join The ‘Your First Funnel’ Challenge!

Day 5 – DO it NOW!

Now we’re crossing the finish line.

On Day 5, we’ll help you eliminate your limiting beliefs, teach you how to stack your offer to increase your average order value, and tell you a story that will inspire you to keep taking action.

You’re going to hear from…

Daymond John, shark tank legend, is going to go LIVE and share his own story on how he “bootstrapped” his way to success!

You want to make more sales and increase the conversion rate of your website.

You already know you have an awesome product. It’s something people want and appeals to your target market… if only you can guide them intentionally from consideration to conversion.

Then you could build a sustainable ecommerce business.

One way or another, you heard about ecommerce conversion funnels. Maybe a friend told you that they’re getting a remarkable conversion rate with their funnel or maybe you heard something about it on social media.

Now you’re wondering if conversion funnels are the solution to your conversion rate woes.

In this article, we’re going to give you three high-converting ecommerce conversion funnel templates … for free.

But first, let’s answer an important question.

What is an Ecommerce Conversion Funnel?

An ecommerce conversion funnel is an intentionally crafted series of pages, forms, and sales copy meant to guide potential buyers from consideration to conversion.

It’s called a “funnel” because interested people go in the top (everyone who visits your product landing page, typically) and only customers come out the bottom.

Sometimes, the conversion funnel is also referred to as a “sales funnel.”

the sales funnel

That’s a pretty graphic and all… but how do you practically guide people from consideration to conversion?

Isn’t it enough, after all, to run ads and send people to your product page, end of story?

Then they’ll, buy, right?

As much as I’d like to tell you that they will, the fact is, they probably won’t.

Let me explain.

Why Ecommerce Conversion Funnels Are Crazy Powerful

Think about the typical ecommerce store experience. Maybe you click on an ad on Facebook, or maybe you click on a link in an email you received. When you do, traditionally, that click takes you to a page that looks something like this.

Then you browse around their website to see if anything catches your eye. Maybe you purchase something. More likely, you don’t.

And that’s the problem with the traditional ecommerce experience.

There’s no guidance. Creating a conversion funnel for your ecommerce site is the difference between hiring an expert-trained personal shopper to guide your prospect through their shopping experience rather than letting them aimlessly browse.

While some big-name, deep-pocket brands (Nike, for example) can send a huge number of people to their website and survive off of a sub-par conversion rate, small or mid-sized ecommerce stores can’t.

Your store probably can’t.

That’s at least partly why a whopping 4 out of 5 ecommerce sites fail within 24 months of launching.

conversion rates statistics
*With conversion rates that hover between 2% and 4%, it’s no wonder why so many ecommerce businesses fail.*

And even if your store can survive off of a sub-par conversion rate, why settle for less when more — a higher conversion rate, more sales, more revenue, etc. — is as simple as stealing one of the ecommerce conversion funnel templates within this article?

Sound too good to be true?

Well then, let me outline exactly why these three ecommerce conversion funnel templates convert better than traditional ecommerce sites.

3 Best Ecommerce Conversion Funnel Templates (for FREE)

Ecommerce is one of the hottest entrepreneurial markets right now. And for good reason! In 2017, ecommerce generated $2.3 trillion in sales. Ecommerce represents about 10% of all retail sales in the U.S. and there will be 2.1 billion (about 1/4th of the world’s population) digital buyers around the world by 2021.

Ecommerce is sizzling with opportunity.

And at ClickFunnels, we’ve tested tons of different conversion funnels to see what converts the best for ecommerce stores.

Because even though there’s a lot of opportunity, there’s also a lot of competition. And we want to make sure that you get the sale (not your competitor).

So here are the 3 best ecommerce conversion funnel templates for free. We’ve tested each one and they are crazy effective.

If you’re still not convinced, check out how these exact funnels made a massive impact on Jaimie Cross’ ecommerce business.

“Having my business and all of its potential and not seeing any return for years… financially, it was a struggle. 5 ½ years into our business and I was spending all this money on all these courses and paying money to all these mentors and reading all these books and I was confused as heck, frustrated, overwhelmed…

“After we signed up for ClickFunnels, we went from $0 in our funnel to over $130,000 in our first six weeks and now we’ve done over three quarters of a million dollars in 5 months. The amazing thing is, we’ve had a website for years… but the funnel was a catalyst for us to grow.”

Tripwire Funnel

The tripwire funnel is perfect for selling specific products to your target market. Rather than encouraging website visitors to browse aimlessly, which will waste any advertising dollars you spent on that traffic…

You send those people directly to a sales page which focuses on selling a single product. What we call a “Two Step Sales Page”.

The goal of the Two Step Sales Page is to get the prospect to take the first two most important steps toward purchasing your product — entering their shipping and billing info.

If you want to get this funnel to convert even more powerfully, then give the person something for free on this page — that way, they’ll be more willing to enter their billing information.

Here’s an example of what this might look like.

tripwire funnel

Once the person enters their information and clicks through, we present them with the OTO (or One Time Offer) page.

This is where you make the prospect an offer that they can’t resist — a discounted product, for example, that they can get only this once (which adds a nice bit of urgency):

one time offer page

And since the prospect has already taken the hardest steps of entering their shipping and payment info, they’re far more likely to buy the product offered on your OTO page.

Finally, the tripwire funnel takes your new customer to your “Thank You” page. And you have made a sale. Voila!

Here’s what the entire funnel looks like.

Product Launch Funnel

When you bring a new product to the market, the last thing you want to hear is crickets.

Ideally, you want to have built up so much suspense and anticipation surrounding your new product that your target market has their wallets pulled out before you even hit “Launch.”

And that’s the exact image we had in mind when we created our product launch funnel. We want your customers to be thrilled and excited to purchase your new product — no more lackluster, dead-pan silence on launch day.

Here’s what the product launch funnel looks like.

product launch funnel

Get Your Free Product Launch Conversion Funnel Here!

First, you send traffic to a squeeze page where people can opt-in to stay updated on your new product’s progress and launch date. The only goal here is to get the person’s email address.

app manager squeeze page

You can also add a survey pop-up to this page to collect valuable information about what your target market wants most from the product.

Next, over a few weeks or months, you send that list of subscribers to Product Launch Pages, each of which is meant to build excitement and suspense, and create word-of-mouth buzz around your upcoming product. This is an extremely important part of this funnel — you must create anticipation before launching.

Finally, you send that list of people to your official launch page where they can purchase your new shiny product.

bookkeeper order page

With this funnel, when launch day comes, you will have people lining up to buy your new product.

Video Sales Letter Funnel

A video sales letter funnel is, chronologically speaking, identical to the tripwire funnel we discussed earlier.

The only difference is that you fill your sales pages with more video content than sales copy. So if you like recording videos more than you like writing, this is probably the way to go.

First, your traffic goes to the Sales Letter Page where they enter their shipping and billing information to receive a free sample of your product (that way, they’re more willing to enter that information). Then, they go to your One Time Offer page, where you upsell them — again, they’re more likely to add this offer to their cart since they already entered their payment and shipping info.

Then they go to your “Thank You” page. Easy as pie.

Ready to Try the Best Ecommerce Conversion Funnels?

For a long time, ecommerce stores have tried to sell their products and increase their conversion rates by allowing visitors to browse their sites aimlessly.

And while there’s something to be said for that strategy when a customer is already familiar with your brand and buys from you consistently, it makes for a poor introduction (especially if you want those new prospects to actually buy from you).

Ecommerce conversion funnels, on the other hand, which we’ve designed to guide the visitor from new prospect to committed and paying customer, are wildly effective at making sales and growing ecommerce businesses.

The conversion funnels we’ve created have helped thousands of ecommerce store owners build sustainable businesses, drive consistent revenue, and even become financially independent.

If you’re ready to give a conversion funnel a try, go here and try ClickFunnels free for 14 days!

The post 10 Tips for Building Landing Pages for Artists appeared first on ClickFunnels.

Landing pages are web pages designed around a single conversion goal.

They have the best conversion rates of all types of web pages which is why they are heavily utilized in online marketing.

In fact, if you don’t use landing pages in your sales funnel, then you are almost certainly leaving money on the table.

But how can artists create landing pages for their online businesses?

That’s exactly what we are going to discuss today!

#1 Choose a Conversion Goal for Your Landing Page

Here are the three most common landing page conversion goals:

  • Lead generation – The aim of lead generation landing pages is to persuade potential customers to provide their contact details. This is typically done by offering them a freebie called lead magnet in exchange for their email address.
  • Free trial – The aim of free trial landing pages is to persuade potential customers to sign up for a free trial. This approach is common among subscription businesses such as SaaS companies and membership websites.
  • Sales – The aim of a sales landing pages, also known as simply sales pages, is to persuade the potential customer to buy the product or service.

Choose the conversion goal for your landing page. What are you trying to achieve? You need to be crystal clear about this.

Don’t try to get the potential customer to follow you on social media AND give you their email address AND buy your product or service all on the same landing page because that beats the whole purpose of having a landing page in the first place.

Remember: a landing page should have just ONE conversion goal!

#2 Determine What Landing Page Format Is the Most Conducive to That Conversion Goal

Landing pages can be divided into three categories:

  • Short-form landing pages, also known as squeeze pages, are used for lead generation.
  • Medium-length landing pages that are used for both lead generation and selling products and services.
  • Long-form landing pages that are used for selling products and services.

The general rule is that the more expensive the offer, the more persuasion is required, so the longer its landing page should be.

Artists should probably use squeeze pages for lead generation and medium-length landing pages for selling their art.

#3 Pick a Proven, High Converting Landing Page Template

We don’t recommend designing your landing page yourself if you have never done that before – it makes much more sense to use a landing page template instead.

ClickFunnels includes a library of proven, high-converting landing page templates for all of the most common use cases.

Start Your Free Trial Today

#4 Understand the Difference Between Features and Benefits

One of the most important copywriting principles that you need to understand is the distinction between features and benefits:

  • A feature is a quality or a function of a product (e.g. “These shoes are waterproof!”).
  • A benefit is a value that the customer will derive from that product (e.g. “These shoes will keep your feet dry!”).

People buy based on benefits and useful features to justify the purchase.

This means that you should always lead with the benefits and emphasize them all throughout your landing page copy while using features to support your pitch.

You need to figure out what the benefits of your offer are. Why would people buy whatever it is that you are selling?

How will it make their lives better?

#5 Create a Benefit-Driven Landing Page Headline

Your landing page headline is its most important element because that’s what determines whether or not the potential customer will read anything else on it.

David Ogilvy, one of the best copywriters that ever lived, is quoted as saying:

“On the average, five times as many people read the headline as read the body copy. When you have written your headline, you have spent eighty cents out of your dollar.”

And he was a 20th-century man – presumably, he was talking about print ad headlines.

We can probably safely assume that headlines are even more important today because people are browsing the Internet with 20 tabs open while arguing with someone on Twitter and watching a YouTube video.

When the potential customer arrives on your landing page, you only have a few seconds to grab their attention

If you fail to do that, they will simply get distracted by something else and leave, likely to never come back again.

There are several approaches to crafting compelling headlines but the most straightforward one is to convey the #1 benefit of your offer in the headline.

#6 Consider Adding a Feature-Driven Subheadline to Your Landing Page

While the purpose of the headline is to convey the value of your offer, the purpose of the subheadline is to provide more details about it.

Typically, when people arrive on a landing page, they automatically read both the headline and the subheadline if there’s one, which gives you an opportunity to give them the most important information about your offer in just a few seconds.

So consider adding a subheadline to your landing page that describes exactly what it is that you are selling (e.g. watercolor paintings of landscapes).

#7 Write Benefit-Driven Body Copy

The body copy of your landing page should also be benefit-driven.

You should go into more detail about the #1 benefit of your offer that you mentioned in the headline.

You also want to discuss all the additional benefits of your offer to give the potential customer more reasons to take you up on it.

As for the features, the general rule is that the more expensive the offer, the more important it is to list its features.

So if we are talking about lead magnets, then it might be enough to just mention the format – an ebook, a video masterclass, an email course, etc.

But then when it comes to paid offers, the higher the price, the more space you should dedicate to discussing their features.

#8 Have a Clear Call to Action

You should end your landing page body copy with a call-to-action button that tells the potential customer what you want them to do next.

Also, it’s advisable to have more than one call-to-action button on your landing page, so you might want to experiment with that (use A/B testing to learn what works best).

Keep in mind that call-to-action buttons should be impossible to miss – you can achieve that by using a color that contrasts with the overall color scheme of your landing page.

You can safely ignore the “what’s the best call-to-action button color?” discourse because it’s not about any particular color, it’s about making sure that the buttons stand out.

#9 Provide Social Proof

Social proof is a psychological principle that says that when we are unsure of what to do,  we look at what others do to determine the best course of action.

In the business context, this means that when potential customers aren’t sure what to do, they seek indications that other people trust you.

You want to display both direct and indirect social proof on your landing page:

  • Direct social proof relates to the offer in question such as customer testimonials and case studies.
  • Indirect social proof relates to you as a person and includes relevant accomplishments, credentials, awards, media features, etc.

If you don’t have social proof, you need to get out there and obtain it!

#10 Add Visuals

Relevant images can help you increase the conversion rate of your landing page – especially if you are selling art!

Say, if you are selling watercolor landscapes intended to help people make their homes more beautiful, then have images not only of the paintings themselves but also of how they look in different homes.

And if you are selling online art classes, then“before” and “after” progress photos of your students can serve as powerful social proof.

Want to Learn How to Write Landing Page Copy That Converts?

Copywriting can make or break a landing page.

But how can you write copy that converts if you don’t have any previous copywriting experience?

Our friend Jim Edwards wrote a book called “Copywriting Secrets” where he shares everything that you need to know to get started.

ClickFunnels is here!

It’s been a long wait… and we’re anxious to show you everything we’ve been working on.

But first… what is ClickFunnels?

What new and improved features can you expect?

And most importantly… what are people saying after their first experiences with the new software?

Let’s dive right in!

Try ClickFunnels Now!

What is ClickFunnels?

ClickFunnels is a robust reimagining of the original software.

Not only can you build funnels, but you can build websites, create courses, craft automated workflows, send emails, and so much more.

The team’s goal for ClickFunnels is for it to be the only platform an entrepreneur needs to successfully build an online business. Imagine if you took all of the different tools you’re currently using to manage your businesses… and shoved them into a single tool.

That’s ClickFunnels.

New Features Include…

Let’s take a look at some of the features we’re most excited about.

Create Courses

Want to create and sell info products like online courses?

You could do that with ClickFunnels 1.0

But what you couldn’t do was create the courses, build membership areas, and host the entire experience right on the ClickFunnels platform.

Now you can.

There’s no need to seek out a course builder, payment processors, and other third-party integrations to create and sell your courses. You can do all of it right on ClickFunnels just as easily as if you write publishing a blog post.

Build Websites

You could build entire websites with ClickFunnels 1.0, but you had to use a bit of backend technical sorcery.

Now you can build entire beautiful websites in a jiffy… not to mention storefronts, product pages, landing pages, sales funnels, and everything else that a website needs to be effective and persuasive.

Our websites are faster than they’ve ever been before and you can customize your pages with one of the most intuitive and versatile drag-and-drop editors the industry has ever seen.

Write Blogs

Want to write blog posts so you can drive more traffic to your website?

Now you can with ClickFunnels

Just go to the Blog section of your dashboard…

Write Blogs

Click “New Blog Post”…

…and you’re off to the races.

We know this has been a highly desired feature for ClickFunnels users to be able to expand the reach of their Google rankings and just generally share more content on social media… so we had to fulfill this request.

Just like all of the best blog editors on the market today, you can add a featured image, edit the SEO and sharing settings, choose an author, create tags, and even play around with the advanced settings.

Tons of High-Converting Templates

What would ClickFunnels be without some of the highest-converting website, landing page, and sales funnels templates in the industry today?

Not just in a single industry… we’re talking about tested-and-proven templates for eCommerce, agencies, freelancers, coaches, consultants, info products, network marketers, local small businesses, affiliate marketers, B2B companies, non-profits, and more.

You don’t need to know how to code or design to make the best use of ClickFunnels

We give you everything you need to be successful.

Visual Funnel Flow Builder

If you’re like most funnel hackers I know, you start by grabbing a piece of paper to map out your funnel before building it inside of ClickFunnels.

There’s just something about visualizing the entire thing that makes it easier to find and fill gaps and customize an experience that converts effectively.

Now you can do that with ClickFunnels

Our visual funnel builder allows you to customize funnels however you like, even splitting paths and automatically triggering different things based on the user’s behavior.

This is easily the most powerful funnel builder on the market today. And we can’t way for you to play with it.

Visual Funnel Flow Builder

Universal Changes

One of the most requested changes we got from ClickFunnels is the ability to make site-wide changes so that when you make a change on one page, you could automatically duplicate that change on all pages.

Now you can do that with a click of a button.

Manage Domains

Buy domains and connect domains all in one place. You don’t need to seek out a third-party tool to purchase and manage all of your domains (are you even an entrepreneur if you don’t own a ton of domains you don’t need??).

We’ve got you covered.

Manage Products

ClickFunnels 1.0 was great for building sales funnels.

But it needed some expansion on the actual business management side of things.

Now — similar to Shopify — you can add products, customize product pages, set the price and the inventory, create discounts, and tons more.

ClickFunnels makes it very easy to build an eCommerce store.

Email Marketing

ClickFunnels isn’t just a website and funnel builder… it’s also a complete email marketing service provider.

Build email lists, tag subscribers based on behavior, create automated sequences and workflows, use our robust set of professionally designed email templates, send broadcasts, and keep in touch with your audience.

Craft Sales Pipelines

Many ClickFunnels users sell high-ticket services or products.

And selling those things requires more than just a little online interaction… often times, it requires phone calls, emails, and person-to-person sales interactions.

ClickFunnels has entire sales section that functions as a CRM and sales pipeline management.

Track your opportunities, conversations, appointments, sales reps’ progress, phone calls, lead scoring, and tons more. You don’t need to go get a CRM to support your business. ClickFunnels has everything you need.

Craft Sales Pipelines

Analytics Overhaul

We’ve also completely overhauled the analytics for ClickFunnels to give you direct access to mission-critical information — such as conversion rates, A/B test results, product sales, number of customers, and even a real-time analytics view.

Honestly, there are a ton more features we don’t have time to cover here. But we wanted to give you a basic idea of just how exhaustive and ambitious ClickFunnels is!

Here’s What Other Funnel Hackers are Saying…

Let’s get to what you came here for.

We scoured the internet for people’s opinions of ClickFunnels

Here’s what people like you are saying.

“All of your essential marketing tools in one place.”

“ClickFunnels is going to change a lot of lives once it’s officially available to everyone… The big idea behind the new ClickFunnels is having all of your essential marketing tools in one place. Imagine having your CRM in the same place that you have your sales, courses, blogs, sites, products, automations, fulfillment, and the list can go on…And the crazy part is this is only just the beginning in terms of going through some of the new cutting-edge technology that is inside of ClickFunnels. The fact that ClickFunnels is basically an all-in-one platform to run your business is truly the icing on the cake.”

— Imminent Business

“The best user experience the industry has ever seen.”

“This new platform was built from the ground up to deliver more speed and the best user experience the industry has ever seen…ClickFunnels will not only have everything already in version 1.0, but it will also have many new features such as a funnel hub, visual automation builder, CRM funnels, eCommerce site builder, blog builder, and many more that the previous version did not have…I have to say that the initial view of what I saw looks simply impressive. It is a much more flexible and faster platform that will provide users with impressive opportunities. For example, the new version has an integrated blog builder, eCommerce site builder, CRM funnels, and many other innovations. What I liked the most is that with ClickFunnels it is possible to create not only funnels but also a fully functional website with a blog, online shop, informational pages, etc.”

— Marius Kiniulis

“A reality that ClickFunnel’s customers have wished and hoped for.”

“ClickFunnels results from years of collecting and carefully listening to customers’ feedback and turning the insights from that data into a reality that ClickFunnels customers have wished and hoped for… Undoubtedly, based on what we know about it at this point, ClickFunnels will turn ClickFunnels from a sophisticated funnel platform into a real all-in-one business management solution.”

— Drop in Blog

“Cancel everything but their ClickFunnel’s account.”

“This is a huge improvement both from a feature perspective and a user experience standpoint…Overall then, this new update is very promising, to say the least, and should definitely convince quite a few people to either cancel everything else but their ClickFunnels account or move away from other all-in-one platforms.”

— Course Platforms Review

“The way to go if you’re selling online courses.”

“Clickfunnels is the way to go if you’re selling online courses. The new course builder is a modern version of what they have. It’s better, cleaner, and easier to organize your content. As a result, you can easily create beautiful membership sites that are perfect for delivering your courses… it is a completely reimagined platform for building sales funnels. When I heard that was coming out, I was excited to see what the update would bring. I can’t wait to see the new features for myself and how they can help me grow my business.”

— Funnel Secrets

“A complete game-changer.”

“It’s a complete game-changer. I use it for three of my businesses already and my coaching business… the new features they’ve got are really a game-changer. I’m telling you they have great automations. The workflows are one of the things where I’m really deep diving in. Because it allows you to connect your funnels and your follow-up and everything into one seamless package. You can even create smart funnels now… you can literally set up a customized workflow depending on where this person is on your customer journey and how close they are to making that sale… this is going to change everything about how you run your business.”

— The Funnel Doc

“You can do so much more.”

“ClickFunnels has completely changed the game. And when I say changed the game, instead of just building funnels, you can do so much. You can build websites, you can build funnels, and you can build follow-up email sequences. You can have physical products like a store like Shopify. But think Shopify and funnels put together.”

— Passive Income Lifestyles

“One of the best things to happen to every business.”

“The goal of every business is to reach as many clients as possible with the most affordable means possible… ClickFunnels is an effective way to reach the world with your content and business within the littlest time possible at an almost free rate. It doesn’t only help you create your own blog, it helps you achieve an amazing user experience that gives your product, content, and business the kind of feel you desire… this site is one of the best things to happen to every business.”

— Cash Cha-Cha

On the third day, we’ll show you how ClickFunnels went from a basic concept inside Russell’s head… to the multi-million $$$ business it is now.

The secret is something we call “Hook, Story, Offer“.

At the end of this day, you’ll know how to discover your key selling point, relate a story that speaks to your target market, and present your offer in a way that generates lots of sales.

Day 4 – Irresistible Ads

The post 13 Ways To Increase Sales Productivity appeared first on ClickFunnels.

In 2018, more than 50% of salespeople missed their quota.

Whether that’s because managers have too high of expectations, because salespeople receive too little training, or because companies hold too many meetings is up for debate.

Point is, some sales teams aren’t performing as well as their quotas demand.

(For many different reasons)

And yet, 71% of C-level executives believe sales productivity is critical to achieving growth.

So how do you increase sales productivity for yourself and/or your team?

That’s what we’re going to talk about.

What is sales productivity?

Sales productivity is a measurement of how efficient and effective a sales team or salesperson is with the resources they’ve been provided.

The business’ benefit to improving sales productivity is ultimately a better ROI on the resources spent to convert prospects, including per-hour pay and lead-gen costs.

One of the most revealing surveys about sales productivity comes from HubSpot. They discovered that the average salesperson spends only one-third of their day talking to prospects and 21% writing emails, 17% on data entry, an additional 17% on prospecting, and a whopping 24% scheduling or attending meetings.

Administrative task time percentage bar graph.

That should be concerning.

After all, salespeople should spend the vast majority of their time selling — and more specifically, doing things that a piece of software or a low-cost virtual assistant can’t do.

To improve sales productivity, check out the 13 tips below.

As for measuring the productivity of your sales team, you can use the following equation…

Total Sales Revenue ÷ Number of Reps on Your Team

You’ll want to restrict this equation to a specific period of time. Imagine, for example, that I want to calculate my sales team’s productivity for the last month and that my 5-person team made $100,000 over that time…

$100,000 ÷ 5 Reps = $20,000/Rep

This will give you an average standard by which to measure your monthly and yearly sales team’s productivity.

(Keep in mind that this metric is unique to your business and it’s almost entirely worthless to compare it to other businesses with different products, services, or price-points)

To calculate an individual rep’s productivity, use the following equation for a specific period of time.

Individual Rep Revenue ÷ Number of Hours Worked

For one month, an average rep might clock 160 hours and generate $20,000.

In that case…

$20,000 ÷ 160 = $125/Hour

This will give you an average standard by which to measure your monthly and yearly sales team’s productivity.

(Keep in mind that this metric is unique to your business and it’s almost entirely worthless to compare it to other businesses with different products, services, or price-points)

To calculate an individual rep’s productivity, use the following equation for a specific period of time.

Individual Rep Revenue ÷ Number of Hours Worked

For one month, an average rep might clock 160 hours and generate $20,000.

In that case…

$20,000 ÷ 160 = $125/Hour

This equation can help you measure the ROI of your individual salespeople and determine who your most successful reps are, who needs additional training, and/or who might not be using their time effectively.

Whatever results you find when using these equations, quantifying sales productivity is an important first step to improving sales productivity.

The Top 3 Reasons for Sales Inefficiency

Why do so many salespeople struggle to meet their quotas? Why do so many sales teams operate inefficiently?

Obviously, there are a lot of different answers to those questions depending on the business that’s asking.

But from our own research and our experience here at ClickFunnels, there seem to be three primary hurdles for sales productivity.

Top 3 reasons for sales inefficiency graph.
  1. Inadequate Training — When reps aren’t trained properly, they’re less efficient, less effective, and more prone to distractions.
  2. Time-Wasting Tasks — A salesperson’s most important task is to sell in a 1:1 environment, through personal phone calls, text messages, and emails. Time-wasting to-dos such as data entry, internal meetings, and even researching leads should be minimized with technology and assistants.
  3. Lack of Accountability — People don’t like to be micromanaged, but it’s still important to keep your salespeople accountable to monthly or quarterly goals and KPIs.

What does your business struggle with?

Well, the following 13 tips are methods to improve your sales productivity. Let’s dive in.

1. Build a Sales Funnel For Lead-Gen

One of the most important elements of a sales team’s productivity is keeping the leads flowing.

After all, a consistent lead-flow gives your salespeople something to do. Without leads, there’s no one to sell to.

Unfortunately, many sales teams aren’t just tasked with selling and converting, but also with researching and finding prospects.

(According to HubSpot, finding leads takes up 17% of the average sales person’s day)

What if instead, you built a sales funnel that systematically pours qualified prospects into the frontend of your sales pipeline?

This is the process we recommend.

Sales pipeline recommendation graphic.

What’s a sales funnel?

Well, it’s a series of pages that are crafted to get visitors to take one very specific action. Because of that single-minded focus, sales funnels convert better than websites and landing pages.

And there are different sales funnels for different purposes (getting email opt-ins, selling products or services, hosting an online event, etc).

(At ClickFunnels, we specialize in helping entrepreneurs build high-converting sales funnels – get a free trial over here)

For B2B sales, our Reverse Squeeze Page Funnel…

This funnel works by drawing in your target market with a free offer so that you can get their contact information.

…or Application Funnel are perfect…

Application funnel diagram.
The Application Funnel starts with a Reverse Squeeze Page and then gets more information from the prospect. This helps to prequalify prospects.

By using a sales funnel to generate leads rather than forcing your salespeople to search for their own leads, you’ll streamline their process and automatically make them more productive.

2. Understand Your Value Ladder

When should your salespeople try to upsell an existing customer? More specifically, what products or services should they try to upsell them to?

Every salesperson on your team should have clear answers to those questions.

That’s why you need a value ladder.

The value ladder graphic.

Here’s how this works: the bottom step represents your front-end offer that you use to generate leads, where the value and price are lowest.

The goal, though, is to ascend new leads up the value ladder, toward higher ticket products and services that provide more value.

Here’s an example of what this looks like…

The DotComSecrets value ladder graphic.

Here’s another example for what a value ladder from a dentist might looks like…

The Dentist value ladder graphic.

The reason for defining your own value ladder is so that your salespeople can, at a glance, know where a prospect stands within it.

They can quickly determine which products or services a prospect has already purchased, which they haven’t, and what the next natural progression would be.

This increases productivity and sales effectiveness.

3. Create a Clear Customer Avatar

Who is your dream customer?

More importantly, do your salespeople have a crystal clear understanding of your company’s target market — their needs, wants, fears, demographic, etc — and do they know how to speak their language?

Defining the customer avatar is a critical part of a salesperson’s training and it’s something that should be revisited regularly.

We recommend being as specific as possible with your customer avatar, to the point that you treat it as if it’s an individual person.

Outline your target market’s goals, challenges, objections, etc…

Custome avatar outline example.

Also indicate your avatar’s age, gender, marital status, and occupation. The more clearly that your salespeople understand your target market, the easier it’ll be for them to qualify leads and convert people into customers.

You might even consider naming your customer avatar and finding a picture in Google to represent this “person”.

4. Leverage Automation

Here’s something that probably won’t surprise you: firms that use technology effectively are 57% more effective at sales training and development than ineffective technology users.

Conversely, firms that are slow to adapt to technology saw their sales goal achievement drop 12% in 2017.

This is because using technology to organize, manage, and generate leads, streamline workflows, encourage internal communication, monitor KPIs, and track team-wide goals naturally improves sales productivity.

Here are some of the best sales tools for you to consider…

  • ClickFunnels — For generating leads
  • Salesforce — For CRM
  • ActiveCampaign — For email marketing
  • Intercom — For live chat
  • DocSend — For sending content to prospects and tracking engagement
  • HelloSign — For sending and signing documents
  • Aircall — For outbound calling

5. Train, Train, Train

It’s difficult to overstate the importance of training sales reps, not just for the first few months that they join… but consistently while they’re a part of your team.

To be successful, salespeople need to have a clear understanding of your products and services and their features, integrations, and critical nuances.

But that only comes with time.

How to you try to improve as a salesperson bar graph.

The good news is, though, that ongoing training pays off. According to Accent, organizations that use post-training reinforcement see 34% more first-year sales reps achieve their quota. Similarly, “companies with a training retention plan have 31% more sales reps reach quota than the industry average and a 10% higher YoY increase in corporate revenue.’

6. Set Clear KPIs

How do your sales reps know if they’ve had a successful month or not? How do they measure whether they’re improving or slipping?

Setting clear KPIs for each salesperson is an important part of maintaining accountability and encouraging daily productivity.

What are the most important sales KPIs chart.

Without KPIs, a successful salesperson might feel like they’re not doing enough while a lagging salesperson might feel like they rule the roost — without quantifying each salesperson’s effectiveness, progress is hazy.

Here are some individual KPIs to consider…

  • MQL-To-SQL Conversion Rate
  • Opportunity-To-Customer Conversion Rate
  • Time Spent On Phone
  • Number Of Appointments Booked
  • Follow-Up Conversion Rate

7. Encourage Daily Routines

On the individual level, what makes a salesperson productive?

Well, it’s the same thing that makes anyone productive at their job: a daily routine.

This is something that you should encourage in your salespeople — as a part of the onboarding process, explain that you expect them to create their own daily schedule and share that with the team.

Each salesperson should define when they’ll be calling prospects, doing data entry, prospecting, following up, sending emails, etc.

Then the rest of the sales team should respect their schedule as much as possible once it’s approved.

Of course, routines are never perfect — but it’ll help your salespeople be productive 80% of the time when unexpected hiccups aren’t distracting them.

8. Celebrate Wins

Nothing hurts productivity quite like salespeople feeling that they aren’t appreciated.

When morale plummets, so does the sales team’s effectiveness. And when they’re effectiveness plummets, with poor leadership, their morale will plummet further.

This is the vicious cycle that all sales team’s are susceptible to.

And it all starts with salespeople feeling unappreciated.

So make a point to celebrate each individual’s wins and the team’s wins as a whole. You might even dedicate an internal space (like a Slack channel) to salespeople sharing and celebrating their wins.

The lesson is this…

The more that salespeople feel like they’re crushing it… typically, the more that they’re going to crush it.

9. Set SMART Sales Goals

Goals are what guide a sales team to success.

Without quarterly goals in place, it’s difficult for a sales team to know whether they’ve succeeded or not — some might feel overconfident about their efforts while others feel like they haven’t done enough.

Clear goals remove the guesswork.

But the goals should follow the SMART acronym so that they’re specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound.

SMART acronym graphic.

With goals like these in place, your sales team will feel empowered to be successful with the resources they’ve been provided.

10. Improve Communication

Open communication between salespeople and even between the sales team and the marketing team is an important part of sales productivity.

Your salespeople need to be prepared to speak with every prospect — and that will sometimes include getting information from other people in the company about their past interactions with the prospect.

The easiest way to streamline communication is to use a project management tool like Asana or Monday and an internal communication tool like Slack. You can then create designated channels for salespeople to collaborate with each other and some key people on the marketing team.

11. Batch Admin Work

As much as possible, your company should make it so that admin work like data entry and prospecting is done automatically by software tools.

But in the end, every sales rep will still have to live with a little bit of tedium.

The typical problem with this work, though, is that it derails other more important tasks — sales calls, email conversations, etc — and makes salespeople less effective and productive.

The solution is for salespeople to batch their admin work into specific periods of time each day.

That way, tedious admin work isn’t interfering with the work that matters most.

12. Encourage Referrals

Here are a few stats about referrals from Forbes that every salesperson should know about…

  • “54% say that referral programs have a lower cost-per-lead than other channels.
  • Marketers rate referrals as the 2nd-highest source of quality leads.
  • 78% of B2B marketers say that referral programs generate good or excellent leads.
  • 60% of marketers say that referral programs generate a high volume of leads.”

So yeah… salespeople should get in the habit of asking happy customers and clients for referrals.

Here’s the simple script that Steli Efti, B2B sales expert, recommends:

“Are you excited to start using our product?”

“Yes, absolutely.”

“Perfect! Who else do you know that would benefit from using it?”

13. Create a Follow-Up System

Follow-up is a critical part of the sales process — just check out the stats below…

Sales statistics percentages graphic.

But common mistakes that sales teams make in regards to following up with prospects include A) not following up at all or B) following up sporadically.

Salespeople shouldn’t be guessing about who they should follow up with and when they should follow-up… instead, your CRM should send notifications to the appropriate rep when it’s time to contact a prospect.

This will streamline the follow-up process, ensuring that your sales team makes the most of every single prospect.

How will you increase your sales team’s productivity?

Every sales team (heck, every salesperson) is different.

And when it comes to improving sales productivity, your weaknesses and strengths will be unique — you’ll have to decide which of the above 13 strategies are most important to implement right away and which ones can wait until later.

The key is to get started.

And with enough time and effort, your sales team will be running like a well-oiled money machine.

Organic — that is, non-paid — marketing can grow a business over the long haul.

But display advertising can help a business grow more quickly — you can launch display ads this morning and make sales tonight.

And the more money you spend, the more precise your targeting, the more compelling your message… the better the results.

So how do you create a winning display advertising strategy?

That’s what we’re going to talk about in this guide… but first, the bad news.

Generate New Leads That Are Excited To Buy From You [FREE 5-DAY LEAD-GEN CHALLENGE]

The Bad News (& the Good News)

Don’t get us wrong — display advertising can be extremely effective.

We use it all the time at ClickFunnels to generate leads, make sales, and get people signed up for our 14-day free trial.

Here are just a few Facebook display ads we’re currently running…

The Bad News (& The Good News), current Clickfunnels Facebook ads.

But we’ve got to be honest.

Display advertising is a bit like the kid at the party that no one wanted to invite, but who Tim’s mom said we had to invite.

Just check out some of these disturbing stats from HubSpot

  • The average clickthrough rate of display ads across all formats and placements is 0.06%
  • A study revealed that only 2.8% of participants thought that ads on website were relevant
  • About 50% of clicks on mobile ads are accidental
  • 54% of users don’t click banner ads because they don’t trust them
  • 33% of internet users find display ads completely intolerable

Okay.

Ouch.

But here’s the good news — for many marketers and entrepreneurs, display advertising is the linchpin upon which their success pivots.

It’s been a game-changer for us here at ClickFunnels and for millions of other businesses.

Let’s look at some more stats (from WordStream)…

  • 37% of online shoppers say they use social media for “purchase inspiration.”
  • 96% of B2C marketers say that Facebook is a valuable marketing platform.
  • 64% of consumers say that watching a video on Facebook influenced them to make a purchase.
  • 72% of consumers want brands to share discounts and sales on social media.

Why does there seem to be such a discrepancy between those sets of stats?

Because the success of a display advertising strategy depends on…

  1. Correct Targeting
  2. A Compelling Offer
  3. Eye-Catching Messaging
  4. & Constant Testing

In a word… excellence.

And here are 5 steps to help you get real results from your display advertising efforts!

Step 1: Determine Your Advertising Goals (and Budget)

Why are you running advertisements?

Before you spend hard-earned money to garner attention, you need to have a crystal clear answer to that question.

Generally speaking, there are three high-level answers you could have…

  1. To generate leads
  2. To make sales
  3. To build brand awareness

Now you might be looking to run display advertisements for a more specific purpose — maybe you just finished publishing your book, for example, and you want to sell it and generate leads.

Whatever the case, you need to know what you’re trying to do.

Because the goal you have will determine the type of ads you run, who you target, and what you offer.

Just consider the different types of ads we run here at ClickFunnels.

Here’s an ad targeting affiliate marketers…

Here’s an ad targeting dentists…

And here’s an ad that just goes to a blog post…

You need to set a specific budget as well as specific goals.

If your goal is lead generation or sales, try to answer these two questions…

  • What’s your budget?
  • What’s your target cost-per-conversion?

For example…

I want to spend $5,000 and make 1,000 sales at $5 per conversion.

Or for leads…

I want to spend $5,000 and generate 25,000 leads at $0.25 per conversion.

If you want to simply increase brand awareness, then you might consider setting goals around the sum of the advertisement’s likes, comments, and shares. Or perhaps the number of website visitors generated by the advertisement.

Either way, it’s important to have clear targets for your display advertisements so that, in the end, you know if the campaigns were successful.

Step 2: Build the Advertising Foundation

In the same way that you need to know your goal before you start running display advertisements, you also need to outline what happens when someone clicks on your advertisement.

That is, how are you going to achieve your goal?

The answer is to have a sales funnel.

A sales funnel is just a series of pages that are crafted to guide someone, step by step, toward taking the exact action that you want them to take.

Build The Advertising Foundation, 2-step tripwire funnel diagram.

Building sales funnels is what we specialize in here at ClickFunnels and above is an outline of our Tripwire Funnel — it’s perfect for converting cold traffic into paying customers.

There are different sales funnels for different things.

We’ve created some — like our Product Launch funnel — for selling new products…

Step 3: Choose Your Platform

What platform are you going to use for your display advertisements?

You might use multiple platforms…

But the key is to use the platforms where your target market is most active.

To help you choose, here’s a quick breakdown of the top social media platforms and their primary demographics…

  • Facebook — Primarily between the ages of 25-35. But pretty much every target market is on Facebook. Just have to optimize targeting.
  • YouTube — 56% of users are male. 81% of adults in the U.S. use YouTube. All age groups are on YouTube and so are most target markets. Again, just need to optimize targeting.
  • Google — Pretty much everyone uses Google. Just need to choose the correct keywords that appeal to your target market.
  • Tik Tok — 60% of users are female. 60% are also between the ages of 16-24. 26% are between the ages of 25-44. Great for targeting a younger audience.
  • Pinterest — 77% of users are female. The largest portion of users — 38% — are between the ages of 50-64. Great for targeting females or an older audience.
  • Twitter — 54% of users are male. 77% of Americans who make $75,000 or more per year use Twitter. 80% of Twitter users are affluent millennials. 29% of users are aged 25-34. Great for targeting a young, high-income audience.
  • LinkedIn — 74% of LinkedIn users are outside the U.S. 57% of users are female. The largest LinkedIn age group is between 25-34. The platform’s focus is professional. Great for targeting business owners or career-focussed individuals.

Choose the platform that matches your target market the best and you’ll have an easier time of generating results.

Generate New Leads That Are Excited To Buy From You [FREE 5-DAY LEAD-GEN CHALLENGE]

Step 4: Optimize Targeting

Ever scroll past an advertisement on your favorite social media platform without even noticing it?

Um… like all the time.

And that’s one of the main reasons that display advertisements sometimes fall short — because they’re not targeting the right people.

So how do you dial in your display ad targeting?

Well, I once paid an advertising expert $1,500 for one hour of his time so that he could teach me how to not suck at running ads — and he talked about targeting the entire time.

Here’s the advice he gave me — for free! 😉

Customer Avatar → Ad Set

First, the ad expert asked me to define my target market. So I described the qualities of my target market, what they wanted, what they were afraid of, etc.

Then he asked me, “So how do those qualities manifest in their lives?”

So I got more specific.

I told him that I imagined three different types of customer avatars. For the sake of your own advertising strategy, it’s worth diving into some detail here…

  1. Stay-at-home moms who felt like they were losing themselves in the day-to-day grind of caring for their children.
  2. 9-5 employees supporting their family. People who know they can’t quit their job… but they feel like there must be something more to life.
  3. College graduates who just finished their degree but now don’t know what to do with their lives.

“Perfect,” he said.

With those clear customer avatars in hand, it was quite easy to create targeted audiences — in this case, we were running Facebook ads.

We just created an audience for each of those customer avatars…

  1. The stay-at-home moms avatar became women aged between 25-35 with one or more children who’d shown an “interest” in anxiety services.
  2. The 9-5 employee avatar became people aged between 25-45 making $50,000 or more per year who’d shown an “interest” in anxiety and/or depression services.
  3. The college graduates avatar became people between the age of 22-30 who’d completed a bachelor’s degree and who’d shown an “interest” in anxiety and/or depression services.

These aren’t perfect, of course.

But they were good enough.

We wrote some copy for the ads — the same copy for each — and launched them.

This turned out to be my first ever successful Facebook ad campaign. We paid about $0.15 per lead and kept it running for quite some time before it burnt out.

Over to You

So allow me to ask you the same questions that I paid someone $1,500 to ask me…

  • Who is your target market?
  • How do the qualities of your target market manifest in the real world? (i.e. what are you customer avatars?)
  • How can you map those customer avatars onto the ad targeting available to you?

Obviously, if you’re advertising on Google, then the goal is simply to determine which keywords your target market is typing in and run ads for those. If you’re doing more general display ads on influencer’s blogs, then it’s going to be a bit more of a shotgun approach.

But the above advice will help when targeting is available.

Step 5: Test Three Audiences & Two Offers

Let’s assume that you’ve created three different customer avatars for your display ads and mapped those onto your ad targeting…

(See the previous step!)

Now you can test those audiences against each other (only test them against each other when you’re using the same offer/copy for each) to see which performs the best!

But we recommend going one layer deeper.

Also create and test two different offers — that could mean testing different lead magnets, sales offers, or even just ad copy — for each of your audiences.

Craft one of these offers to target people who are “problem aware” — they know they have a problem but they’re unaware of the solution — and craft the other to target people who are “solution aware” — they know about the solution but they haven’t made the leap yet.

Continuing with our earlier example, it’d look something like this…

  • Stay-at-home mom audience
    • Problem Aware Offer
    • Solution Aware Offer
  • 9-5 employee audience
    • Problem Aware Offer
    • Solution Aware Offer
  • College graduate audience
    • Problem Aware Offer
    • Solution Aware Offer

As an example, here’s a Facebook ad that’s targeting people who are solution aware…

They already know what a webinar is and why it’s powerful. The above ad is just offering them something that they already want… for a compelling price.

And here’s an ad directed at people who are only problem aware…

This is a lot more descriptive because the business owner already knows that they want to make more sales… but they don’t know how to do that. We’re presenting ClickFunnels as the solution.

Once you’ve created a problem-aware ad and a solution-aware ad for each of your audiences, it’s simply a matter of running your ads, waiting to see which ones perform the best, and then dumping more money into the winners!

Final Thoughts

The post The Sales Funnel Basics: Master These 9 Core Concepts First appeared first on ClickFunnels.

You’re in the right place.

Not just because we’re going to talk about the basics of sales funnels, but because that’s what you want to learn about.

Sales funnels are by far the most powerful method for generating more traffic, more leads, and more sales — that’s why we build sales funnels for a living!

According to Salesforce, for instance, 68% of companies have not identified or attempted to measure a sales funnel, and the same survey showed that 79% of marketing leads are never converted into sales.

That’s probably not a coincidence.

Understanding sales funnels means understanding your customers, it means understanding how they interact with your brand, and it means being able to systematically guide people from visiting your website to buying your products or services.

And this guide is going to give you a no-nonsense rundown of the 9 most important concepts related to sales funnels.

Build Your 1st Sales Funnel FREE With ClickFunnels!

1. A.I.D.A.

A.I.D.A. is a popular sales funnel acronym that stands for Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action.

It provides an idealized high-level overview of the steps that every person takes on their way to learning about and buying from a new brand.

AIDA sales funnel graphic.

First comes awareness. This is where your target market learns that your brand exists. They stumble across your website, they hear about your company from a friend, or they see an ad on Facebook.

The next step, interest,is exactly what it sounds like — the person becomes interested in your brand and its products or services. That is, they want to learn more. They’re not ready to buy yet… but they’re doing research.

During the person’s research — whether it’s thorough or minimal — they will make a decision, not just about whether to buy or not, but also about whether they trust your brand, whether they need your products or services, and whether the price is worth it. This is arguably the most important step of the entire sales funnel process and, fortunately, the one that you can have the most influence over by crafting a compelling sales funnel.

And finally, the person will take action (or not). That means buying, signing up, or opting in.

Of course, this sales funnel format is idealized — most people aren’t going to travel cleanly and directly from awareness to action… they’re going to take a lot of detours.

According to Pam Moore, for instance, it takes an average of 5-7 impressions before people will even remember your brand (awareness). And a whopping 80% of sales are made during the follow-up process — from the 5th to 12th contact (somewhere in the realm of decision/action).

Despite its imprecision, this is still a critical concept for understanding sales funnels — it illustrates how people make the journey from visitor to a buyer.

2. Target Market

Target market refers to the people that a given business aims to serve.

At ClickFunnels, for instance, we serve entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses and change the world — we do that by helping them build high-converting sales funnels.

Who do you serve?

And why is that such an important question?

It’s an important question because you don’t serve everyone — your products/services, no matter how far-reaching, will only appeal to a certain group of people (this is even true for big brands like Apple, Microsoft, and Disney).

And obviously, you don’t want to spend your marketing and advertising budget reaching the wrong people.

That’s why it’s important to identify your target market — really, this is the first step in creating a sales funnel… knowing who you’re going to target.

Customer avatar diagram.

You can use the above graphic to outline your customer avatar (just another term for “target market”).

Also, try to answer some of the following questions…

  • What does your target market want?
  • What are they afraid of?
  • What challenges are they facing?
  • What obstacles will keep them from working with you?
  • How can you help them?

The better that you understand your target market, the easier it’ll be to craft a sales funnel that’s compelling to the right people.

3. Value Ladder

A value ladder is a more specific version of the sales funnel — it illustrates how your specific business is going to take people from one step to the next.

Here’s what it looks like…

Value ladder graphic.

On each step, we’re going to place an “offer” — something that’s intended to drive your target market to take action. Each offer will ascend in value and price until we reach the pinnacle of how you can serve your target market.

Meanwhile, maybe you have some sort of continuity program (bottom arrows and dollar signs) that are generating a consistent monthly income for your business.

Here’s what a value ladder could look like for a dentist…

Value ladder for a Dentist, graphic.

And here’s what one of our value ladders looked like for our DotCom Secrets sales funnel…

The Dotcom Secrets value ladder graphic.

The first step on the value ladder is the bait — the high-value cheap or free thing that draws people in. Then each step increases in value and price, steadily drawing people deeper and deeper into your ecosystem.

One business can have different value ladders for different offers — or new businesses might just start by having one value ladder.

Either way, the value ladder is a useful tool for outlining how you’ll draw new customers into your ecosystem and keep them buying long after their first conversion.

4. The Dream 100

At ClickFunnels, we’re obsessed with a process we call The Dream 100.

The Dream 100 is a strategy for finding your target market online and driving them to your sales funnel (i.e. generating traffic). Here’s the gist…

  1. Make a list of 100 places (influencers, newsletters, blogs, YouTube channels, podcasts, etc.) where your dream customers already hang out online (hence “the dream 100”).
  2. Promote your sales funnel in those places by either paying to play or working your way in.

As simplistic as those two steps seem, The Dream 100 is extremely powerful.

In fact, it’s the exact process that Russell Brunson used (and uses) to build his businesses (ClickFunnels included).

Check out the video above to learn more about The Dream 100 — or get yourself a free copy of Russell Brunson’s bestselling book, Traffic Secrets.

5. Lead Magnets

You may have heard the term “lead magnet” before being dropped amongst your marketing friends.

A lead magnet is some sort of bribe to get your target market’s contact information (name, email address, phone number, etc.).

Email address is usually your biggest priority… but the contact information you try to get will be determined by your brand, what you’re offering, and who you’re trying to attract (maybe your process requires sales calls, for instance).

Okay…

But what about this bribe we mentioned?

Your bribe or lead magnet is the thing you’re going to offer people in order to get their contact information — this could be a free downloadable resource, a mini-course, a free consultation, or something else.

This is super common in the online world.

Here’s an example…

Checklist for productive meetings lead magnet.

And another…

52 headline hacks lead magnet.

And another…

The essential guide to internet marketing lead magnet.

They’re common because they’re effective.

Here are the steps…

  1. Figure out what your target market wants most right now
  2. Create a free resource to help them with that
  3. Add this to the beginning of your sales funnel

Once you’ve used a lead magnet to generate high-quality leads, you can follow up with those people and offer additional products and services.

6. Upsells & Downsells

Now to be clear, there seem to be two different ways of thinking about the sales funnel.

The first is as we described in A.I.D.A. — it’s the high-level journey that people take from learning about your business to buying from your business.

That sales funnel is useful ideologically, but not practically.

The second — and how we prefer to think about sales funnels at ClickFunnels — is much more practical. It’s simply a series of pages that are crafted to guide people toward taking one very specific action (opting in, registering, buying, etc).

And there are different sales funnels for different things — depending on what you’re trying to accomplish.

Our Tripwire Sales Funnel, for instance, is built to turn cold traffic into paying customers.

Upsells & Downsells, 2-step tripwire funnel diagram.

With that distinction in mind, we can now discuss some practical concepts for increasing the conversion rate of these page-by-page sales funnels.

Two concepts, in particular…

  1. Upsells
  2. Downsells

Upsells are pages within sales funnels that attempt to sell the visitor something in addition to what they came here for — this usually pops up after they’ve already entered their shipping and payment information. Here’s an example of what it looks like…

Upsell pop up, example.

These are extremely effective for increasing the average order value on a sales funnel.

Downsells happen after an upsell and are intended to give naysayers one more chance to opt-in to the upsell (but usually at a greater discount).

Here’s an example from the same sales funnel…

Downsell example.

Downsells allow you to capture additional conversions from people who initially said “no” to your upsell — it’s like you’re negotiating effectively… but without any of the uncomfortable eye contact.

7. Follow-Up Funnels

Earlier we mentioned that 80% of sales — industry-wide — occur during the follow-up process.

This means that you’re missing out on a lot of revenue if you don’t have a clear-cut and systematic process of following up with your leads.

Indeed, follow-up is a critical part of any sales funnel.

So… how do you follow up effectively?

The answer — as always — is to create a system… or what we like to call a follow-up funnel.

Follow-up funnels are very simple. They consist of certain emails getting triggered after people take certain actions (purchasing, abandoning their cart, opting in, etc).

In fact, here are 4 follow-up funnels that every business should have in place…

  1. For New Leads — This follow-up funnels is for introducing new leads to your brand and, over 5-7 days, trying to convince them to make their first purchase. We recommend using the Soap Opera Sequence, which you can learn more about in Russell Brunson’s book, DotCom Secrets.
  2. For New Customers — New customers should be welcomed into your tribe and upsold toward new products/services after a few weeks. That’s what this sequence is for.
  3. For Abandonment — When people abandon their cart without buying, send a few emails trying to get them to finish their purchase. You’ll be surprised at how many people do.
  4. Ongoing — We also recommend getting in the habit of sending daily or weekly emails consistently so that your brand stays top-of-mind and so that people keep buying.

You can build an email list and create follow-up funnels using ClickFunnels!

8. Order Bumps

Similar to upsells and downsells, order bumps are another super practical tactic for increasing the average value of each order.

But rather than having their own dedicated page, order bumps are placed right on the final checkout page.

Here’s what that looks like…

Order Bump, sales page

Of course, the order bump offer should be complementary to whatever it is that the person is already purchasing — and it should only take a single click to add it to their order.

Order bumps are great because they’re effective and easy to add to any sales funnel.

9. Hook, Story, Offer

So far we’ve spent a lot of time talking about different strategies and tactics related to sales funnels — how to increase average order value, how to drive traffic, how to create a follow-up process.

But the effectiveness of all of these strategies hinges on something we haven’t discussed…

The words that you use.

For marketing, the words you use — or the copy — determines everything. It determines whether people trust you or not and whether they buy or not.

So how do you write compelling copy even if you’re not a professional copywriter?

We’re firm believers in the “Hook, Story, Offer” format. Here’s how it works (with an example)…

Hook — You hook the person with an irresistible headline that builds curiosity and makes them want to keep reading.

Hook, video sales page, example.

Story — Then you tell a story that relates to the challenges and struggles your target market is going through. You show them that you understand where they’re coming from.

Offer — Finally, you reveal the solution you discovered (your products or services) and offer it to the visitor for an irresistible deal.

Offer, sales page, example

It really is that simple.

But if you want to learn more about copywriting, then get yourself a free copy of Jim Edwards book, Copywriting Secrets — it’s awesome and you’ll be writing killer copy in no time.

Final Thoughts

Sales funnels are the best way to generate leads and make sales.

Which means they’re also the best way to grow your business.

And now you’ve learned the most important concepts about sales funnels to be able to start building your own — which you can do for free with ClickFunnels!

You’ve learned about A.I.D.A., the value ladder, upsells and downsells, order bumps, and tons more.

So pull out some paper and a pen and start outlining what your sales funnel is going to look like.

We get it — you don’t want to make the wrong decision.

It’s all too easy, after all, to make a quick-fire choice, only to regret that decision a few months down the road when you’re trying to expand your scope of influence, integrate with a new tool, or create a new process which the service you chose doesn’t allow for.

It’s frustrating. But more importantly, it gets in the way of business momentum and growth.

If we can help you dodge that frustration altogether, then we will!

You might have noticed that you’re on the ClickFunnels website — and naturally, we think our service is pretty awesome. But in this article, we’re going to give you an honest analysis of the service we offer and the service Leadpages offers.

Both are awesome in their own right. Whether you choose ClickFunnels or Leadpages really depends on what you’re trying to do (i.e., create an entire marketing funnel or create a single landing page), what features and integrations you require, and how much you want to spend.

So let’s start by addressing the biggest difference between ClickFunnels and Leadpages.

The Biggest Difference Between ClickFunnels and Leadpages

While it might seem like ClickFunnels and Leadpages are basically the same, there is one critical difference worth discussing.

Namely, that Leadpages builds landing pages and ClickFunnels builds sales funnels.

What’s the Difference Between a Landing Page and a Sales Funnel?

A landing page is a single page meant to convert visitors into leads or leads into paying customers. Here’s an example of the kind of landing page you can create using Leadpages.

A sales funnel, on the other hand is a series of pages and forms which guide the prospect from interest to conversion.

In fact, there are a lot of different types of sales funnels. To name a few, there’s the dead-simple Squeeze Page Funnel which is perfect for collecting email addresses…

There’s the Application Sales Funnel which is perfect for collecting applications and generating leads…

And there’s the Tripwire Sales Funnel, which is perfect for selling products to warm or cold leads…

That’s what we specialize in at ClickFunnels — a high-converting experience for you and your prospects. (You can try us free for 14 days over here!)

Which is better — a landing page or an entire sales funnel?

The honest answer to that question is both can work just fine. Both can turn visitors into leads and leads into paying customers. And both aim to do just that.

However, we created ClickFunnels because we’ve seen higher conversion rates across the board using an intentionally crafted funnel.

But some people get perfectly fine conversion rates using a simple, optimized landing page. Naturally, the choice is yours. And to help you make the best decision for your business, let’s walk through the feature-differences between ClickFunnels and Leadpages.

Features

Does ClickFunnels and/or Leadpages have all the features you’re going to want 6 months or 6 years from now?

Let’s take a look.

ClickFunnels Features

Easy Drag-and-Drop Visual Editor

ClickFunnels has an insanely powerful and easy-to-use drag-and-drop visual editor for designing each page and form within your sales funnel. No need to know how to code in order to get the look you want.

Website Hosting

With ClickFunnels, you don’t need to go to a third-party service for your website hosting. You can host your entire sales funnel through ClickFunnels. You can even register a new domain right inside of your ClickFunnels account or add a domain you already own.

Professional Themes and Templates

Don’t want to design your entire sales funnel from scratch? Don’t worry — ClickFunnels does all the heavy lifting for you. We’ll help you choose the ideal funnel for your business and then you can select the perfect template from our easy-to-navigate theme library.

Split Testing

At ClickFunnels, we’re firm believers in the power of split testing. It’s something we do a lot for our own website and we pass that ability onto our members so that they can get the highest possible conversion rate.

Easy-to-Implement Sales Funnels

At ClickFunnels, creating sales funnels that convert like clockwork is our bread and butter. It’s what we pride ourselves on and it’s one reason why many of our members have found such success in their businesses.

Conversion Tracking

If you sign up for Clickfunnels, you’re going to want to know how your sales funnel is performing. Which is why we’ve created a “Stats” tab that is dedicated to providing you with mission-critical metrics (such as “Earnings per click,” “Average cart value,” and tons more).

Email AutoResponder

One of the biggest benefits of ClickFunnels is that you can do tons of different stuff in a single place — website hosting, domain registering, landing page and form creation, and even email autoresponder automation.

Rather than use a third-party software to send emails to your leads, you can create automated sequences right within ClickFunnels (but don’t worry if you do want to use a different service for email — we allow for that, too, in our integrations).

Membership Site

In addition to high-converting sales funnels, ClickFunnels also offers the ability to create subscription-based membership sites.

Shopping Cart

If you’re a ClickFunnels user, then there’s no need to find a different service for your customer’s online shopping cart. They can add-to-cart and buy right within your ClickFunnels site.

Leadpages Features

Drag-and-Drop Visual Editor

Leadpages has a drag-and-drop visual editor that allows users to customize their landing pages however they like. It can be a bit restrictive with where you’re allowed to drop certain widgets, but it’s certainly easier than coding your own landing page.

Unlimited Page Publishing

Leadpages advertises that you can publish as many landing pages as your heart desires. And for the most part, that’s true. But it is worth mentioning that you’re allowed 1 site on their Standard Plan, 3 sites on their Pro Plan, and up to 50 sites on their Advanced Plan — and the landing pages you publish can only be for those sites that are connected to your Leadpages account.

Exit Intent Pop-Ups

Leadpages has a nifty tool which allows you to create exit-intent pop-ups on your landing pages (which can help convert visitors who are about to leave).

Split Testing

With Leadpages, you can split test different elements to determine what converts well and what doesn’t.

Countdown Timers

Urgency is a powerful selling tool. And Leadpages has a drag-and-drop widget which allows you to add a countdown timer (and thus a sense of urgency) to any landing page.

Leadpages Domain Hosting

Leadpages allows you to host your website for free on their domain (YourDomain.leadpages.co) or you can connect a domain you’ve purchased elsewhere. But you can’t register a new domain directly through Leadpages like you can through ClickFunnels.

SEO Editor

Finally, Leadpages allows users to edit their title tag and meta description easily within their landing page builder (so you can try to get the most SEO-juice out of your landing page).

Integrations

Knowing the integrations of the service you choose — whether ClickFunnels or Leadpages — is critical for long-term success. The last thing you want is to choose a service which doesn’t allow for integrations you’ll need a few months or a few years down the road.

Note: These are not exhaustive lists of each company’s integrations, but overviews of some of the most important integrations that each service offers.

ClickFunnels Integrations

  • Twilio – Use to personalize and schedule SMS messages.
  • Embed A Calendar Into Your Funnel – Use to allow leads to schedule themselves on your calendar. Can use lots of different calendar software for integration.
  • YouZign – Use for hosting custom images on YouZign and then publishing those same images on ClickFunnels.

  • ZenDirect – Use to send customer information from ClickFunnels to ZenDirect to ship items from ZenDirect.

Leadpages Integrations

  • PayPal — Use to take payments through PayPal on your Leadpages landing pages.
  • Stripe — Use to take payments through Stripe on your Leadpages landing pages.
  • Calendly — Use to add calendar scheduling capabilities through Calendly to your Leadpages account.

Pricing

The good news is that both ClickFunnels and Leadpages have a 14-day free trial. With that in mind, it’s probably worth giving both services a try and seeing what fits your business the best.

The ClickFunnels free trial is over here and the Leadpages free trial is over here

But once the rubber hits the road and you have to pull out your wallet, here’s what the pricing of each service looks like.

ClickFunnels is $81/month for the Startup plan and $248/month for Pro plan.

Leadpages is $37/month for Standard, $74/month for Pro and also Advance plan for more.

But it’s a trade-off — with ClickFunnels, you’re going to get an entire sales funnel, membership site, payment gateway, domain registration capabilities, landing pages, opt-in forms, and a shopping cart that can replace your current website. With Leadpages, you’re going to get… well the ability to create a landing page or multiple landing pages.

Both services are great at what they do, but it depends on what you want — do you want another landing page to add to your current website? Or do you want an entire sales funnel that guides the prospect to conversion?

In other words, you get what you pay for. You just have to decide what you want to pay for.

Pros and Cons

Need a TL;DR version of our comparison between ClickFunnels and Leadpages?

Here it is.

Pros and Cons of ClickFunnels

Pros

  • ClickFunnels creates entire sales funnels — If you want to guide prospects from interest to conversion, ClickFunnels has out-of-the box funnels designed to do just that.
  • ClickFunnels is an all-in-one solution — ClickFunnels is the only selling solution that most businesses need. With us, you can register your domain, create landing pages and forms, and even compile an email list and stay in touch with your subscribers. Anything we don’t do, you can find an integration for.
  • ClickFunnels is high-converting and dead-simple to use — At ClickFunnels, we pride ourselves on offering a high-converting solution that is so easy to use that a toddler could do it. No need to be a professional designer or a competent coder (you can try our 14-day free trial over here!).

Cons

  • ClickFunnels is a little more expensive than LeadPages — Since ClickFunnels offers more capabilities than LeadPages, it’s a bit more expensive. But while you might pay a little more every month, you can also make a lot more using our high-converting sales funnels.

Pros and Cons of Leadpages

Pros

  • Leadpages creates landing pages exclusively — If you just want to create a single page for cheap, then Leadpages might be the way to go.
  • Leadpages is cheaper than ClickFunnels — Since Leadpages offers a landing page builder exclusively, it’s less expensive than ClickFunnels.
  • Leadpages is relatively simple to use — Leadpages is also simple to use. They have a drag-and-drop visual editor that makes creating your landing pages quick and easy.

Cons

  • Leadpages only creates landing pages — This is a pro and a con (depending on what you’re looking for). If you want an entire sales funnel that will convert visitors like clockwork, then ClickFunnels is the ticket. If you just want an inexpensive landing page, then Leadpages is probably the way to go.

The marketing industry is a living organism.

Every year, it pivots due to consumer expectations, technological advancements, and hundreds of other factors. Heck, sometimes every month.

As a marketer, you have to constantly adapt, innovate, learn from your mistakes, and leverage the best software currently available.

That’s the only way to stay ahead of the competition.

And we’ve compiled this list of the XX best marketing software for 2020. In it, we give a quick breakdown of what each piece of software can do, how much it costs, how effective it is, and we even include a video review or demo.

But before we dive in, let’s talk about how you can choose the best marketing software for your business.

How to Choose the Best Marketing Software for Your Business

Software that works wonders for your business might not work wonders for my business. And that fact has nothing to do with the flippancy of the software and everything to do with the differences between the businesses we own.

All of the software mentioned in this article is good at what it does. But the more important question is, “Is it a good fit for your business?”

Here are at least 5 things you need to consider.

1. Integrations

Does the software integrate seamlessly with other tools you’re currently using? If it doesn’t, can you use Zapier to create an integration? If not, then it’s probably not the tool for you (unless you’ve been meaning to ditch the other software you’re using and this is just a good reminder to do that).

2. Analytics

Does the software allow you to easily view and interpret mission-critical metrics? Can you connect those metrics to other marketing software that you’re using? The more automated and accurate this data-gathering process, the better it’ll be for your business (and your bandwidth).

3. Communication & Collaboration

Will the software you’ve chosen require consistent communication between team members to use effectively? If so, where will that communication take place? Ideally, the software will have some sort of internal communication or messaging ability.

4. Automation

What can and can’t be automated with the software? The more things you’re able to automate, the better (so long as actually creating those automations isn’t a living nightmare).

5. Segmentation

Do you want to be able to segment prospects using the tool? If so, then you need to know whether the software allows you to create and manage segments. If it does, how many and what kind? Does that fit with what you want to be able to do with the tool?

Shopify is one of the world’s go-to website builders for ecommerce stores. Their software doesn’t just allow you to create an online store, sell products, and take payment. It also is connected to a service called Oberlo which allows you to list and dropship products without using any other tools.

Additionally, Shopify has its own app store where you can find apps that can do just about anything. Shopify Plus is the company’s enterprise solutions which offers software for multi-channel, international, headless, wholesale, and B2B ecommerce.

Cost: Starts at $29 per month (includes a free trial).

Ideal For: Ecommerce businesses of any size.

It has a drag-and-drop editor that allows you to build landing pages meant to generate leads or make sales. You can see our entire breakdown of ClickFunnels Vs. Leadpages over here.

12. LeadFuze

leadfuze

If you regularly go searching on LinkedIn to find leads, LeadFuze might offer some perks worth your attention. Basically, this piece of marketing software is a B2B lead-gen machine.

With it, you can “search for leads in specific roles and industries, that use certain software, that spend on Adwords, who are hiring, and more.” Then, once you find a promising list of prospects, you can “unlock a lot more data like verified emails, phone numbers,” and “social profiles.”

Cost: Starts at $97 per month.

Ideal For: B2B businesses.

13. LinkedIn Sales Navigator

linkedin sales navigator

If you’re in charge of marketing or sales for a B2B company, then LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a paid tool worth knowing about. Rather than searching via the mostly unhelpful LinkedIn “Search” bar, this tool allows you to search by specifics (job title, industry, name, degree, etc).

It also can deliver lead recommendations based on your past customer’s common denominators. Plus, it will integrate seamlessly with your CRM — what’s not to like?

Cost: Starts at $64.99 per month.

Ideal For: B2B businesses.

14. Growlabs

growlabs

Labeling itself as a “Contact Data & Sales Automation” tool, Growlabs helps B2B sales teams “identify, engage, and convert leads faster.” On the front end of the sales funnel, Growlabs can find email addresses and identify promising prospects.

It then allows you to send automated messages to those prospects and its machine learning algorithm “follows up with prospects based on opens, clicks, and replies,” nurturing them into “sales-ready leads.” Automatically pre-qualifying prospects, Growlabs then sends interested leads to your sales person’s inbox and schedules further follow-ups with uninterested prospects.

Finally, Growlabs allows you to connect all your sales channels, A/B test campaigns, and keep a close eye on mission-critical metrics. It’s a great all-in-one solution for sales teams looking to increase their efficiency and effectiveness.

Cost: Depends entirely on which product you purchase.

Ideal For: Medium to big businesses.

15. Verifalia

Verifalia

Not all email-finding tools are perfect. Actually, most of them aren’t. And sometimes, those tools will find emails that are destined to bounce or email addresses that aren’t even valid. Verifalia, though, is a tool that checks to see whether or not an email address is valid — which means that before you send or add an email to your list, you can make sure that it’s the right email.

You can use Verifalia to do one-off email address verifications for free or you can use a paid plan to do as many verifications per day as you like.

Cost: Paid version starts at $9 per month (but you can do one-off verifications for free).

Ideal For: Small businesses.

16. Voila Norbert

Voila Norbert

Looking for someone’s email address? Actually, looking for hundreds or thousands of email addresses all at once?

Voila Norbert is marketing software that claims it can “find anyone’s email address.” And it can do so one at a time or en masse. If you own a B2B company that’s made a habit of cold emailing decision-makers, then Voila Norbert might be the email-finding solution you’ve been looking for.

In seconds, it can find all the email addresses for a single company, verify those email addresses, and even “enrich contacts to target prospects with the right message, in the right place, at the right time.”

Cost: Starts at $49 per month (includes 50 free leads).

Ideal For: All types of businesses.

17. Callingly

Trying to clean up your inbound call management process? Well, Callingly might have the answer you’re looking for. First, you connect Callingly to your landing page, CRM, or opt-in form (there’s a “Zap” for that). Then, when a lead comes knocking, Callingly will call your sales team within seconds (or you can change the timing based on custom rules you can set).

When a salesperson answers, Callingly provides them with pertinent information about the lead (if no one answers, Callingly will try again in a few minutes) and, when ready, the salesperson simply presses “1” to connect with the shiny new lead. Simple as that.

Cost: Starts at $49 per month.

Ideal For: All types of businesses.

Did you know that you can buy ready-made funnels on the ClickFunnels Marketplace?

Today we are going to explain how the ClickFunnels Marketplace works and show you its top-selling funnels!

Making Money Online is Easier Than You Think!

We have noticed that aspiring entrepreneurs who dream about making money online tend to overcomplicate it in their minds.

But in reality, this is all you need to start generating revenue:

  1. A product or service
  2. A sales funnel designed to sell that product or service
  3. A way to drive traffic to that sales funnel

That’s all there is to getting your business off the ground. You can start it as a side hustle and eventually scale it to full-time income. Pretty much anyone can make it work with some trial and error!

What is a Sales Funnel?

A sales funnel is a system designed to convert potential customers into leads, leads into customers and customers into repeat customers.

Here at ClickFunnels, we believe that the Value Ladder sales funnel is the most effective one.

Here’s how it works:

Diagram illustrating the Value Ladder sales funnel with stages: Frontend (least expensive product), Bait (lead magnet), Middle, and Backend (most expensive product). Recurring revenue is emphasized.

This sales funnel was created by our co-founder Russell Brunson.

We know that it works because that’s what we used to grow our company from zero to $100M+ in annual revenue. Plus, we have seen thousands upon thousands of ClickFunnels users successfully implement it in their own businesses!

If you want to learn more about the Value Ladder sales funnel, we recommend reading Russell’s best-selling book on the subject, “DotCom Secrets”
