How does international appointment scheduling work?
Each person will see available time slots in their local time zone. You only need to set your availability in your own time zone, and it will be seamlessly converted to match each person’s local time. You can also toggle between different time zones easily.
How does this integrate into my ClickFunnels site?
You can embed this feature directly onto any page of your site. Or, you can choose to leave it off and just send a link for contacts to schedule an appointment.
How do I set my availability?
When you first connect your calendar with ClickFunnels Scheduling, we create a default availability schedule for you. You can then visit the “My Availability” link in the settings dropdown on the Scheduling overview page to edit your availability.
What is a “collective” meeting?
A ‘collective’ meeting means multiple hosts and one or more invitees. For example, Todd and Russell can host a sales call together as co-hosts. This allows the system to consider both of their availability schedules when people visit the booking page.
What will people see when they go to schedule a meeting, and after it’s been booked?
When a person goes to schedule an appointment, they will see options to select a day and timeslot.
Once they have chosen and confirmed a date and time, they will see a confirmation message and receive a calendar invite via email.
Will this work with my external contacts calendar apps?
Yes, Appointments integrates and works with various calendar apps, including Apple iCloud, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and Outlook.
How customizable are the settings for my calendar/scheduler?
You can set different meeting lengths and types, as well as how far in advance meetings can be scheduled (e.g., up to 2 months from the current date). You can also limit how many meetings a single person can book in one day.
